At ISW Consulting Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality educational consulting services and client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in line with industry standards.

 

  • Service-Based Refunds
As our services are tailored and advisory in nature, refunds are only issued under specific circumstances:
If a service has not yet commenced and the client cancels within 24 hours of payment, a full refund may be granted.
If a client is unsatisfied with a delivered service and raises a concern within 3 working days, we will review the case and may offer a partial refund or service revision where applicable.
If ISW Consulting Ltd is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund will be issued.

 

  • Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

 

If services have already been substantially rendered or completed.

 

If the client fails to provide necessary documents or cooperate in the delivery of the service.

 

If any delay is caused by third-party institutions (e.g., universities, embassies, government bodies) beyond our control.

 

For digital or downloadable content after it has been accessed or delivered.

 

  • Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
